ACCESSING YOUR ACCOUNT

You can safely update and access your account information online in several ways.

VIEW OR UPDATE YOUR ACCOUNTS ONLINE

First Midwest Bank offers several ways to update your login information and access your accounts online.  

  • Clients who have forgotten their User ID for First Midwest Online Banking can click the “Forgot Your User ID” link next to the appropriate login box. In the Mobile Banking app, clients can click the “Forgot User ID or Password” link on the login page. Or, they can call Online Banking & Mobile Support at 877.203.6724, option 1.
  • Clients who have forgotten or need to reset their password can enter their User ID in the purple “Login” box at the top right of this page and then update their password by clicking the forgotten password link on the following screen. In the First Midwest Mobile Banking app, clients can click the “Forgot User ID or Password” link on the login page to reset. For locked passwords, please follow the prompts and verification process. For additional password assistance, please call Online Banking & Mobile Support at 877.203.6724, option 1.
  • Clients with deposit or loan accounts can use Online Banking to view their account balances. Click the purple “Login” box at the top right of this page to enter your credentials.
  • Clients with a First Midwest Credit Card can access their account through our dedicated Credit Card Login portal, which is hosted on a separate external website.

Changing Your PIN

Change your Debit Card PIN over the phone by dialing 800-322-3623. Press 1 for the Main Menu, then choose option 4. Or, press 2 to enable speech activation and say “Change my PIN.” You will need your Debit Card number and current PIN.
