President, Agricultural Banking Officer
The Agricultural Lending Division at First Midwest Bank offers a wide array of financial products and services to grow your business. Tom enjoys working one-on-one with his clients to help them achieve their financial goals and dreams. He takes the time to gain an understanding of their needs and goals and then works with them to develop a plan. Tom believes being a farmer himself allows him to remain knowledgeable in the Ag field, as well as the office. He takes the time to tailor each individual's needs based on their current operation.
Tom's mission is to be your trusted financial advisor by preserving and cultivating your life's work for yourself and future generations so you have the confidence to focus on your passions.
Tom and his wife Cheryl currently reside in Morris, IL. Tom grew up in a farm family, with his family operating a corn and soybean operation in western Grundy County. After graduating from Seneca High School and Illinois State University – with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture – Tom returned to his home community to remain involved in the Agriculture industry. Tom brings over 35 years of Ag Lending experience to the team.
Throughout this decade in Ag Lending, Tom has dealt with range of clients from rural development to agribusinesses to municipalities to agricultural producers all throughout northern and central Illinois.
