  2. Press 1 for touchtone options or 2 for speech-enabled options
  3. Follow the prompts to provide your Diamond Checking account number and Personal Identification Number (PIN)
    • If this is your first time using First Midwest Bank-Line, your PIN is the last four digits of your Social Security Number
