      User ID Security Enhancement 

      First Midwest has changed the Online Banking sign on process to deter fraud.

      Previously, if you entered an incorrect User ID, you were directed to enter your password before receiving an error message. Now, entering an incorrect User ID generates a screen asking you to select from randomly generated phone numbers to call or send a text message to you to enter a one-time security code. Don't be concerned if all of the phone numbers displayed are not yours . . . they are randomly generated to deter fraud. You can also "Cancel" to go back and enter the correct User ID.
