Kimberly A. McMahon, Senior Vice President in the Healthcare Lending Division at First Midwest Bank, has over 25 years of banking and financial services experience including healthcare and not-for-profit lending, middle market and large corporate lending, loan syndications, turnaround asset management, and risk management. For more than a decade, Kim has focused on providing financing solutions for healthcare and not-for-profit organizations throughout the Midwest.

Prior to joining First Midwest in 2014, Kim was part of PNC's Healthcare and Public Finance Group, served as the Division Head for Charter One / RBS's Healthcare and Not-for-Profit Financial Services team and was Vice President for Allied Irish Bank's Not-for-Profit Lending Group. Prior to joining Allied Irish Bank, Kim was part of the Harris Bank / Bank of Montreal organization for 18 years in various lending and risk management capacities.

Kim is a board member and leadership committee member for the First Illinois Chapter of the HFMA and was previously an executive board member of Women in Public Finance. She has served on the boards of Deborah's Place and the Chicago Children's Advocacy Center, and has served as an instructor for Operation Hope – Banking on our Future and the Mercy Home for Boys and Girls. Kim holds her Series 7 and 63 securities licenses
and has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from DePaul University.
