Tim and his wife Cynthia reside in Geneseo, IL. Tim grew up on the family dairy farm in Henry County, which included a corn and soybean operation as well. After graduating from Annawan High School and Western Illinois University, he worked for John Deere in the factory, Parts Distribution Center and finally John Deere Credit. Tim returned to his hometown area to remain involved in the Agriculture industry. Tim brings over 20 years of Ag Lending experience to the First Midwest Bank team.

Throughout this decade in Ag Lending, Tim has dealt with a range of clients from rural development to agribusinesses to municipalities to agricultural producers all throughout western Illinois and eastern Iowa. In addition to his professional work, Tim is also actively involved in his community.  He currently serves as the chairman of the Henry County Board. He was also the past Chairman of the Henry County Economic Development Partnership, which brought both Ethanol production and a Wind Farm to the county.
