*If your account has been open for at least 30 calendar days and you maintain an account in good standing which includes at least: 1) bringing your account to a positive balance within every 30 day calendar period of one business day; 2) not being in default on any loan or obligation to First Midwest Bank; and 3) not being subject to any legal or administrative order or levy, First Midwest Bank will have the discretion to pay overdrafts within the Overdraft Privilege limits, but payment is a discretionary courtesy and not a right of the client or an obligation of First Midwest Bank. For example, we typically do not pay overdrafts if your account is not in good standing or if you are not making regular deposits. An overdraft fee of $35 will be assessed (and subtracted from your Overdraft Privilege limit) each time we pay an overdraft (limit 5 per day). If the account remains overdrawn for 7 calendar days, we will charge an additional $6.50 per day beginning on the first business day following that period. We also offer overdraft protection plans, such as a link to a savings account, or line of credit which may be less expensive than our standard overdraft practices. You are permitted to remove extended coverage at any time.
