Joy is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the investment strategies that we utilize within the Investment Management division. She also uses her extensive knowledge of economics and capital markets to help clients set realistic expectations regarding future returns and income. Joy has over 25 years of investment experience as it relates to institutional and personal investment management solutions.

Joy is able to offer investment solutions that can be tailored to each client’s unique investment needs and objectives. Her recommendations come with a level of objectivity not found at most other financial service providers. Also, she can easily explain how different investment options impact a portfolio given different market outlooks and capital flows.

Joy often speaks publicly about the economy, market conditions, and investment management solutions. She is always available for consultations to

Joy began employment with First Midwest Bank in 1997. Since that time she has earned the title of Executive Vice-President and is responsible for the Trust Investment division. She also has been awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation for successfully completing a series of tests demonstrating a mastery of investment management and applications.
