Lost or Stolen Cards
If you believe your First Midwest Banking Card (or Personal Identification Number / PIN) is lost or stolen, or that someone has accessed or may access your account without permission, call us immediately:
- Monday through Friday, 7am to 7pm: 800-322-3623;
- Saturday, 8am to 5pm: 800-322-3623;
- Sunday, 9am to 2pm: 800-322-3623; or
- Outside of these hours, call 800-236-2442.
